Heavy flooding inundated the city, making transportation virtually impossible.
In Cobija, Bolivia, heavy rains have flooded the region making it almost inaccessible. Much of Cobija is under water, and entire villages have been destroyed - already, 9,000 families are homeless and several people have died.
