It’s easy enough to find stylized posters of Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and other major metropolises. But if you’re looking for the map of a lesser-known city or neighborhood—one that is, quite literally, off the beaten path—you’ll have a hard time finding just the right print.
A new start-up called Mapiful aims to change that. The Sweden-based print-on-demand service allows you to create a customized map poster by searching, zooming, and panning to display any spot in the world. With this simple tool, powered by OpenStreetMap, you just click and drag to set your own borders—whether your special place is Paris, France, or Paris, Texas.
