For the Traveling BBQ Chef, Here's a Suitcase Grill

Be prepared to cook meat wherever you go with the stylish Mon Oncle cooker.

A true grillmaster must be ready to sling brats and rib-eye at any moment, anywhere. And that’s now possible with the Mon Oncle BBQ, a high-temperature charcoal grill hidden inside a classic-looking suitcase. One shop describes it as a “briefcase with a tasty surprise.”

The jet-setting tabletop cooker, designed by Barcelona’s Mermelada Estudio, is made from stainless steel, enamel, fabric straps, and leather. Its 17.25-inch length can accommodate the average fish or an impressively sized chorizo, while holes in the sides allow oxygen to filter in and feed the charcoal fire. Theoretically, you could cram it with your stuff to use as a suitcase, too, though be prepared for questions about why your clothes smell like smoky meat.
