For those of you unfamiliar with the geography of Boston, the maps below provide some context for the apparent terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon today. Boston officials have confirmed two explosions at the marathon finish line. They occurred 50 to 100 yards apart on Boylston Street. Racers approached Boylston Street by running down Hereford Street, then making a left to finish their runs on Boylston Street in front of the Boston Public Library.
