The mayor of a major Canadian city is in handcuffs today... and it's not the guy who allegedly smoked crack on video.

Rather, it's Canada's second-largest city, Montreal, that finds itself with a leadership crisis this morning after Mayor Michael Applebaum and two others were arrested by a Quebec anti-corruption unit. Applebaum, who was taken from his home by police at 6 a.m. Monday, will face 14 charges including fraud, conspiracy and municipal corruption.
