Chris McCahill holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut. He was a 2012 Eno Fellow at the Eno Center for Transportation in Washington, DC, and currently works on the Project for Transportation Reform with the Congress for the New Urbanism in Chicago.
