Just how expensive is housing in San Francisco right now?

Here's a better look:

This quaint, 30s-style dwelling is a real charmer. Panoramic views, natural "feel", shabby chic decor. Just one block from the fantastic shopping and dining options of 24th st. Good schools. Great commute launching pad for the Valley. Pets welcome.

Although the listing has already been flagged for removal, the bed is still there, and one neighbor is incredulous.
