Philly Tweeps were the true detectives Tuesday after they crowdsourced information, put clues together, and flushed out hate crime suspects for the police. The police had tweeted a video asking for help with the identification of 15 "clean-cut" men and women who physically and verbally attacked and robbed a gay couple on September 11.
