'America Will Say a Prayer for Boston Tonight'
Apparent terror attacks at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
Update, 6:14 p.m.: President Obama delivered a brief address from the White House, emphasizing how much is still unknown. "America will say a prayer for Boston tonight," he began.
"We still do not know who did this or why. And people should not jump to conclusions before we have all the facts," Obama said. He did not call the explosions a "terrorist attack."
