You're going to want to make sure you have the volume turned up (preferably way up) before you watch the below 50-second PSA for the weekly Monday night city council meetings in the Canadian Yukon Territory town of Whitehorse (population 23,000).

It's of course a perpetual problem in local government anywhere to get people to turn up – let alone get jazzed up – for the mundane business of going over traffic bylaws and zoning amendments. But maybe cities everywhere have just been missing the most obvious of solutions: high-tempo, heart-pounding, summer-blockbuster-movie music.
