"Fun-loving" Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, is, perhaps not surprisingly, really into Halloween. He's so into it, in fact, that he turned his City Hall office lounge into a haunted house. On Monday, Ford gave the media a tour of the spooky digs, complete with fake skeletons that he referred to as "dead councillors."
